Monobloc semi-automatic and automatic bundling machines are efficient, full packaging machines, suitable for high-volume production and packaging lines.
The package formation process starts when a sealing bar bonds the plastic films from two rolls, positioned above and below the conveyor belt. The bundle is transported inside the shrink wrapper, which seals the “tail”, quickly forming a package which is then laterally closed during the final shrink-wrapping stage.
The automatic shrink wrapper can be used for various applications (from foodstuffs to cosmetics and furniture kits) while ensuring high performance and complete reliability. This is also thanks to a management system for incoming and outgoing package signals, which is essential for automatic packaging lines.
The bundling machine can use heat-shrinkable film of different weights, which has also been printed on.
