Automatic pallet wrappers

Automatic wrappers are ideal for integrating into highly-automated packaging lines. They can achieve high winding speeds and are easily interfaced with management software. The stretch film wrapper is equipped with a trolley with automatic film stapling and cutting device, and the motorised film pre-stretching system offers rapid and effective wrapping thanks to its ability to best exploit the features of high-performance technical stretch films.

The automatic pallet wrappers can function with a rotating table or a rotating arm. The former are equipped with a motorised roller bench conveyor to move pallets in and out of the wrapping station. In the latter, the film trolley is mounted onto an arm that rotates around the pallet, which is the ideal solution for packages that need immediate stabilisation and cannot be rotated (heavy pallets or excessively light materials).
