Green Pack Labeling / Legislative Decree of September 3, 2020 n. 116 requires all packaging to be appropriately labeled to facilitate collection, reuse, recovery, recycling, and to provide correct information to consumers about the final destinations of packaging.
As required by law n.15/2022 (G.U. n.49 of 28/2/22) converting decree-law n.228/2021 (Milleproroghe decree), from January 1, 2023, producers must indicate the nature of packaging materials used for packaging identification and classification, based on decision 97/129/EC.
