SF Packaging Labeling / Legislative Decree of September 3, 2020 n. 116 requires that all packaging be appropriately labeled to facilitate collection, reuse, recovery, recycling, as well as to provide correct information to consumers about the final destinations of packaging.
As required by law n.15/2022 (G.U. n.49 of 28/2/22) converting decree law n.228/2021 (cd milleproroghe decree) from January 1, 2023, producers are required to indicate, for the purpose of packaging identification and classification, the nature of packaging materials used, based on decision 97/129/EC.
