FSC (Forest Stewardship Council®) is an international non-governmental, independent, non-profit organization, established in 1993 to promote responsible management of forests and plantations.
The FSC® mark identifies products containing wood from forests that are managed correctly and responsibly according to strict environmental, social and economic standards.
SF packaging | Serafin Group have always been particularly sensitive to environmental issues, an attention that took concrete form on 05/12/2018 with the achievement of FSC® certification: packaging created in this way confers added value and makes finished products recognizable.

ENVIRONMENTAL LABELING
The Legislative Decree of 3 September 2020 n. 116 provides that all packaging is appropriately labeled to facilitate collection, reuse, recovery, recycling, as well as to give consumers correct information on the final destinations of the packaging.
As required by law n.15/2022 (Official Gazette n.49 of 2/28/22) converting the decree law n.228/2021 (so-called milleproroghe decree) from 1 January 2023 producers have the obligation to indicate, for the purposes of identification and classification of the packaging, the nature of the packaging materials used, on the basis of decision 97/129/EC.
