Staticontrol Labeling / The Legislative Decree of September 3, 2020, no. 116 requires that all packaging be appropriately labeled to facilitate collection, reuse, recovery, recycling, and to provide correct information to consumers about the final destinations of the packaging.
As required by law no.15/2022 (Official Gazette no.49 of 28/2/22) converting decree law no.228/2021 (so-called decree milleproroghe) from January 1, 2023, producers are obliged to indicate, for the purposes of identification and classification of the packaging, the nature of the packaging materials used, based on decision 97/129/EC.
